Transport and Pollution
Purpose
This module is intended to provide an introduction to the issue of transport and pollution in the context of the role of the planning system in minimising and mitigating the effects of such pollution.

This module will inform its audience of the way in which the planning system can address the issue of transport and pollution in relation to relevant policy, guidance and practice.
Audience
This module is primarily aimed at planning and related professionals working in the public or private sectors whose work involves the consideration of development and/or policy with implications for transport and pollution, including for instance those working in development planning or development management/control.
