Enforcement and Special Consent Appeals

Purpose

This module is intended for use by local planning authority (LPA) elected members, local authority planning officers, other professional planners, those who are considering or have submitted an Appeal against an Enforcement Notice or any of the other kinds of Appeal covered, students (particularly those studying land use planning) and the general public.
