Development Management and the Planning Hierarchy in Scotland
Purpose
This module examines the proposals for development management – the new term for development control in Scotland, as put forward in the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006 – and their implications for spatial planning practice, with particular reference to the new planning hierarchy.
