Licences
By signing up as a licence holder this allows the company and their specified amount of users, access to download an unlimited number of PlanningMatters modules from the date payment has been received in full, for 1 year. The company will not be able to download modules until payment has been made. Full access to the legal commentary will be made available to all users. If the company decides to terminate the licence part way through the year, Kaplan Hawksmere accept no responsibility and no refunds will be given.

Open accounts
Open accounts are valid for one year from the date payment has been received. Kaplan Hawksmere accept no responsibility for unused credits at the end of this period. To access the legal commentary, new accounts must have a minimum of £10 credit in their account, otherwise access will be denied. When credit has been purchased, the user will receive an automated email with their logon details within 1 hour.

Individual purchases
By purchasing an individual module, payment must be made before the module is made available. When payment has been accepted, the user will receive an email within 30 minutes providing details of how their module can be accessed. The module will only be available for 72 hours. Individual purchases does not give the use access to the legal commentary.
